there is also increased complexity in terms of use of the program and user interface. However, there is a benefit to the simplicity of the program; it is able to
run acceptably on dial up connection as well as a broadband connection. This facilitates its use using mobile devices as well as fixed line connections. It may also be argued
that simple project management plans are less likely to be misread and can be more straightforward to use (Campbell, 2006). As a bare bones application it is suitable for
a wide variety of project uses due to the features it does have and the way it can be used easily. Using the system starts with a registration process; signing
up at the website as a project member. There is only a small level of personal information required, which includes a name and e-mail address. There is also a fairly
good privacy policy and information is not passed onto third parties. Once the project manager (or other person) has signed up on the iteamwork web site the project needs
to be created with the software. There are a number of beneficial features to the way the project is created; there are no limits on the different aspects of the
project management, including no limit on the number of tasks, no limit on the number of project members. The program allows for the creation of task, with the tasks
