the year 2000, which means the purchasing habits of consumers will be changed forever and allows even the smallest firms to expand their reach (and customer base) significantly firms (pp.
38). The always growing numbers of entrepreneurs who do business through the Internet are learning that in cyberspace no one knows youre small. In fact, Sucov notes (pp. 36), the
Net can be more valuable to small firms than to large ones, because it gives them the kind of national and global reach they might never afford any other way.
