when considered in terms of the experience and abilities of the team members. The aim of the report is to examine the members if the team in order to identify
any potential source of team conflict in order to suggest remedial action to decrease the conflict and increase the productivity in a team of individuals who are all seen as
very competent. The team is made up of four people; Sarah, John, Michael and Chloe. Sarah has been with the company for ten years ands is very creative, but
has no qualifications a factor she appears to be very aware of evidenced by the way she encounters difficulties when working with those who have qualifications or who are younger
and may be resentful of those who have had a more privileged upbringing compared with her own modest upbringing. For Sarah this is a vocation and her job is extremely
important to her. John is the youngest member of the team, currently in his first full time employment position. He is very ambitious, but has little experience, which may
also explain why the other team members perceive him as the least creative member of the team. John also enjoys an active social life. For John this job is a
stepping stone to bigger and more important positions. To this end he is very keen to promote his own image, even if this to the cost of others. Michael
has been with the company three years, with good qualifications and having been head hunted he believes his high level of confidence is justified. As a perfectionist he works late
