depends on the inclusion of women, the vibrancy of an economy depends on the full contribution of women, the richness of civic life depends on the participation of women, and
womens rights are human rights" (Clinton (Mar 10) PG). Despite the balance inherent in this proclamation, the world is still controlled by the male institution and mindset. Yet,
a celebration of achievement is in order for the progress that women have made in their struggle for equity, particularly in their successes in the political arena. With the
