Thomas Jefferson Wisdom Import Sales Company, Inc. is a young
US-based company whose primary business is importing Dos Equis beer from Mexico, distributing that beer in the United States and exporting to Canada. Similarly, Wisdom Import Sales began working
under the same sort of arrangement with Canadas Labatt beer in 1995. Wisdom Import Sales also imports Labatt beer from Canada, distributes it in the United States, and exports
it to Mexico. Wisdom Import Sales is the only US company with such an arrangement with the two brewers. They each manage export to countries other than the
United States. Dos Equis has purchased 30 percent of the company, as has Labatt. Wisdom Import Sales is a privately-held company without Internet presence, as their sole purpose
