Many home users have seen no reason to upgrade, and many businesses have not been able to justify the expense of upgrading entire offices full of desktop computers. As networking options continue to increase in number and function, the time of decision is at hand for many of those currently using the older operating system. There is little difference in the two in terms of what the user visibly sees on the screen. The greatest differences lie in the method of operation and speed. Windows 95 Assessing this operating system (OS) is an exercise only in deciding whether to upgrade from it to another, newer version.
