it seems that any reasonable person would assume that yes, the sun will rise tomorrow, it is not a fact. After all, something unusual could happen. The Earth could move
over slightly for some unknown reason and scientists would not be able to explain it. If in fact the sun did not rise, no one would know because likely, everyone
would be dead. Of course, in this make believe world, there is always the possibility that somehow the sun does not rise and human beings survive. After all, Alaska is
plagued with darkness for a good portion of the year. Why not have the entire world be without sun for awhile? On one hand, someone might say that the
sun will not rise tomorrow or that it is not a given and it could be accepted because, after all, anything conceivable could happen. Scientists are often wrong about things.
Everything thought that the world was flat and was convinced that Columbus would fall off of the Earth. They were wrong. Hence, in some sense, the idea that anything could
happen is reasonable. On the other hand, there is much evidence to demonstrate that everyday, for thousands of years, the sun rises every day. There is no reason to speculate
that it will not rise tomorrow. Hence, there is a quandary. There is logic that considers science and then there is the realm of infinite possibilities. On a smaller
level, people are bombarded with problems every day. The car does not start and an important appointment is missed. As luck would have it, on that day, someone gets a
call from the hospital and ones friend is there, but the car must be taken care of first. It seems that everything happens at once and some people take meaning
