according to what I have read and learned, a certain inescapable irony actually exists in the fact that we have not yet fully achieved workplace equality; we are presumably more
inherently qualified as managers than are our male counterparts ! According to a great deal of existing literature, women are physiologically more capable of effectively handling common administrative tasks
and situations for two main reasons that shall be explored in this paper : (1) our brains may be intrinsically more efficient with regard to verbal ability and (2) our
social nurturing and inherent nature make us more able managers. So the question stands : Does a mans brain differ from a womans? Yes, say the biologists, in
the sense that no one has exactly the same brain. No, say the philosophers, sociologists, historians and other representatives of the human sciences. The important thing is to distinguish between
the functioning of the brain as an organ, which is studied by biologists, and the functioning of the human mind, which is the bedrock of civilization (Heth, 1994).
It was fairly recently that a study presented evidence for the first time that the area of the human brain in charge of "higher intellectual activities" such as
language and speech is more fully packed with neurons in women than men (Heth, 1994). From what I read, previous studies had already shown microscopic differences in the brains of
