to effect peace, war must be waged, there are those who disagree. They want peace at any price and do not think that warring is tantamount to getting that. While
the minority feels this way, the majority believes that in order to effect peace, war is necessary. Indeed, sometimes that is the case. In the past, it was harder
to justify military actions, but in a world with high technology, loss of life can be minimized in military conflicts. Wars can be fought with precision and so collateral damage
is kept at a bare minimum. Does that justify killing even one human being? To some, loss of any human life is too high a price to pay, but there
is such a thing as a just, or proper, war. In some respects, war is good because it not only helps economies and sets things straight in the world politically,
war can also prevent future devastation. Sometimes measures have to be taken to quell evil forces so that death and destruction do not result from rogue forces or out of
control regimes. In light of this, what changes in technology have allowed war to be thought of as good? II. Changes in Technology
