the latest Fortune "100 Best Companies to Work For" article in terms of how the knowledge contained in it can benefit ABC Company. The study supports your belief that
the agency could benefit by forming alliances with some of the companies included on the list. Many of the companies included in the
"100 Best" offer generous retirement packages and solid health care support, as well as daycare for small children. All of these matters will be important to most new graduates
in the future, but our clientele currently is more likely to gravitate to benefits such as onsite exercise rooms or organized intramural sports. Features that appeal to older workers
can be attractive, of course, but it appears that younger employees - as well as the new graduates we serve - will be interested first in more active pursuits.
