Within the realm of life exists inherent elements to ones existence; paramount to mans existence is the concept of natural rights. Philosophers have long postulated what,
exactly, these rights consist of within the massive scope of mortality, with some contending that natural rights are those that are without social infiltration, while others attest to the fact
that natural rights are doled out only by social status. "Natural rights are those rights such as life (from conception), liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Hence, laws
and statutes which violate natural rights, though they may have the color of law, are not law but impostors" (Wheeler S12). Key to realizing the fact that America was
intended to be a democracy and respect humanitys inherent rights are the very documents that proposed such a fair and impartial form of government: the Constitution of the United States
