on will include a lower carbohydrate, lower fat diet and an activity plan, that includes walking three days each week and 1 hour of aerobics two days a week.
Dietary changes should result in reductions in caloric intake, and subsequent improvements in weight. Improved activity level should also result in weight loss. The Actions The following
are the goals set for this plan: 1. Reduce carbohydrate intake to no more than four servings of high fiber carbohydrates each day for a four week period. 2.
Reduce fat in-take to no more than 20 percent of my caloric in-take each day, measured based on a 2,400 calorie a day diet (no more than 480 calories from
fat, or fewer than 53 grams of fat per day) for a four week period. 3. Walk on a treadmill for 30 minutes three days a week for
