Net Dynamics, Cold Fusion and Net Objects Fusion
are web applications incorporating methods of data publishing, all of which are applicable to both the individual user and to business corporations. In order to implement web applications, it is
necessary to take into account the requirements and demands of the site, and assess the facilities which are provided by the application. All will offer a number of different functions,
although some elements are common to all, and there is also a varying degree of prior programming knowledge required depending on which application is chosen.
Most will include static content, as well as
dynamic updates and data displays. It is also helpful to identify specific requirements such as areas which require customising and estimates of high volume usage which may occur.
The Net Dynamics studio, for example, incorporates menus, tool bar, palette,
project browser, inspector, status bar, code editor and log window. The project browser offers a listing of all the objects which are incorporated in a particular project and new objects
can be added to these. Palettes are used to add particular types of objects, such as HTML pages, the properties of which are allocated through using wizards.
