of such tribunals. Nuremberg was the first such trial in history, and as such has to be considered the precedent for all that followed. Creation of the courts: This
section describes the way in which the courts were created and where they were located and who constitutes the tribunal. This seems trivial, but in fact has taken up a
great deal of time; not least because the feelings evoked in the spectators may be so strong as to cause unrest and violence. In the Hussein trial, for example, several
legal professionals have been killed while pursuing the case. Also in this section we will look at those who serve as judges: who they are, how and by whom they
are appointed. Advocates: The paper discusses the advocates and differentiates them from the attorneys. Attorneys: The paper tells who they are, and how and by whom they were appointed. Administration:
This section discusses the way in which the court is actually run: who sits where (if possible-we know that from Nuremberg, it may not be possible to tells whos where
