the Romantic poets seemed to be searching for something. They seemed to be longing for answers to some deeply held spiritual questions, the likes of which only nature could provide
the answers to. William Blakes life typifies this quest for understanding the nature of a poet, poetry and spiritual fulfillment. William Blake is generally considered to be one of the
earlier poets of the Romantic Era. His epic poem, The Marriage of Heaven and Hell, bear witness to the turmoil of the day and age, and also to the poets
