both laws and policies. The next section is the literature review where specific books are discussed. These books address recruiting, staffing and retaining. The ideas are reported and discussed.
This leads into a section on research findings, which basically discusses the practices and statements from the University as compared to the ideas incorporated into the books reviewed. The
last section is conclusions and recommendations. A brief analysis of the schools practices is reviewed. One recommendation is made only because it is unknown as to whether or not the
