21, 2004 I need to call your attention to the fact that we have received several complaints from Exhibit attendees regarding registration,
the size of the facility and the availability of printed product information. The nature of these letters has been so consistent that I have looked into the complaints and
found them to be justifiable. Registration. We have had consistent comments from several attendees that they were unable to register online as
requested. The individuals making these complaints can be seen as being competent with the use of computers; the problem appears to be that our system was not functioning properly
when several people were trying to register. I would like to request that the IT department investigate this matter, and that they give us some assurance that the same
problem will not occur in the future. Facility Selection. We have received several complaints that the selected venue was not suitable, that
it was too small and crowded, particularly at peak times. These complaints are sound; the primary meeting room was far too small. It was selected on the basis
of firm commitments we had at the time that we had to decide on the venue. It appears that attendees are either unable or unwilling to firmly commit to
attend at a time far distant to the time of the meeting. I suggest we increase the percentage by which we inflate the number of anticipated guests. Had
