problem of non-compliance. I want the committee to consider this issue of utmost importance. One thing that the UN committee requests is documentation regarding reasons why our unemployment insurance payouts
dropped significantly. Without having done any research in the area, but being cognizant of the nations current economic position, my guess would be that the unemployment rate has dropped and
things are significantly improved for a number of citizens. Of course, the committee suggests that there is something of a bad nature occurring in that the country is not providing
for its unemployed. This, in effect, would conflict with the agreement. Your job is to research the exact reasons why the percentage has so significantly decreased. Then, a report should
be made directly to me with distinct recommendations. Keep in mind that the statistics themselves might be erroneous. In fact, that possibility should be first investigated before proceeding. As you
are aware, this problem has been of great importance within the Canadian government itself. You are most certainly aware that a growing surplus exists and there has been demand to
either cut premiums or significantly improve benefits for the unemployed. There have been accusations of impropriety, that somehow we have been duping the public. In other words, the claims are
