expensive airport leases. Enterprise focused on a niche market largely ignored by Hertz, Avis and its other competitors, choosing instead to place its locations far away from airports, sprinkled
in suburban neighborhoods and in downtown areas where it gained its customers from individuals needing short-term transportation for diverse, local reasons. The purpose here is to assess the environment
