everyone has tried a can of Coke. If the customers of Coca-Cola were one time shoppers it is likely that the company will no longer be in business. Instead, consumers
of Coke products are loyal to the brand choosing to come back to it time and time again despite the immense availability of competitor products. Not only this but people
who love Coca-Cola do not hesitate to voice their opinions on the company when presented with an opportunity. Coca-Cola achieves this through devoting themselves to building what is known as
brand awareness ("Brand" 2010). Sometimes called relationship marketing, courting customer loyalty is really another marketing strategy designed to increase profits while expanding the business. Most marketing strategies neglect the
repeat customers. Just because a customer has shopped at your store once does not mean that they are going to come back. You, as the business owner, will need to
