leadership on innovation in terms of organizational culture. This is an informative article that connects organizational culture to transformational leadership and innovation. A review of the literature included in the
article supports the notion that organizational culture is a factor that encourages innovation and transformational leadership is the appropriate style. The authors offer an interesting idea and theory because
it focuses on the link between three factors. Hoffman et al. (2011) turned their attention to value congruence in terms of transformational leadership. Value congruence attempts to explain the
why followers relate to their supervisors and give their loyalty to them. These researchers commented that little has been written about how transformational leadership affects groups. This study adds to
the research in a different way. It also demonstrates a firm grasp of the theory. The study is valuable because it provides evidence that there is a link between
and among transformational leadership and congruence. Groves and LaRocca (2011) demonstrated how transformational leaders influence followers ethics and corporate social responsibility. Their research showed that transformational leadership promotes deontological ethics
