The setting up of the training will need to meet a minimum time level, but can exceed this, for example, in Alaska this is 8 hours for a temporary licence to be grated and 40 hours in the first 180 days to then apply for a full permanent license (ACC, 2006). The areas to be covered will include the law of arrest, this is needed at the guards will be the first layer of protection and may need to take action even if the police are on their way.
