has a multi-screen cinema, usually showing two to six films at the same time. The idea behind the cinemas was not only to provide entertainment, but rather located so
that parents would leave their children their while they shopped and spent the family income. The malls of the past "actually catered essentially to the affluent adults, while the
movie screens were there to act as babysitters for the children" (Fox PG). The traditional single-use shopping mall is giving way to such mall projects that feature hidden parking and
multiple uses such as housing, libraries, office space or facilities and of course the move theater complex (Lehrer 46). EVALUATION REPORTS Some businesses, in order to ensure that their
customer care stays at an above-average level, hire what are known as personal shoppers or people who are posing as customers and are watching how the employees conduct themselves.
Those employees who are doing an excellent job are then handed an envelope with an amount of money in it, while those employees who are not rising to the challenge
are handed an envelope with instructions that they will be attending the next brush-up class in hospitality/customer care (Barsky & Huxley 1992). It is only natural to realize that a
