interacting with those of the region is. A holidaymaker might be particularly concerned about the speed, economy and safety factors inherent in the form of transport which is used to

For those who are responsible for the organisation and running of transport systems, there are a number of
options as regards such organisation, which need to take into account issues such as safety, efficiency and security. In the UK, for example, efficiency and the optimum use of public
