figures are not quoted. In the article supplied by the student there s the summarisation of research that has been conducted by a number of authors where correlations and links
between different ideas or events are presented., all of which are then able to be used together as supporting each other to give a broader view, moving towards the idea
of a meta analysis. In order to prove there link between two factors data has to be collected in order to justify the assertion, and with some of the
sources coming from peer reviewed journals this is a fair assumption. It is stated that employer whose employees who are dissatisfied with their jobs or working conditions are
more likely to see increased turnover of staff and more problems with issues such as absenteeism when compared to employers where the employees are more satisfied. The difficulty with
this is the way in which measures of satisfaction and dissatisfactions are subjective, but it is still possible to assess these with the focus of questions on different areas of

lack depth but come form a wider sample (Dancey and Reidy, 2003). In the article it is stated there is little consistent data that shows a link between satisfaction
and the individual performance of employees, which indicates that the conclusions are more likely to be based on a larger sample, and as such quantitative data. Quantitative data ca
be used to measure many variables, here we have two factors, the level of satisfaction and the patterns seen in the work place. The analysis is therefore to assess the
