this reason we see the prices of different goods fluctuate in response to both market conditions as well as consumer demand. There is no better example of how the economic
impact of supply and demand works that in the stock market where share prices change at every time of day when trading is open moving up and down in a
continual search for equilibrium. The changes in the price can be seen to influence by many things which are the facts that will influence the amount of people who
wish to buy and sell. Those selling believe that the share price is likely to go down or remain static, whilst those buying believe it to be one that will
increase, and therefore make a profit. The variables that will influence these opinions may be such things as the profits the company is currently making and the expectations of future
profits extrapolated form company statements, regression analysis as well as external events and the general intuition of the market. Therefore we need to look at the way we can project
to future share price by using the different variables, and as there is not generally accepted theory we may express it as a simple regression theory where we are looking
