is the period of two months within which the change need to occur and over which all changes should be implemented and finalised. The following is a rough timetable that
could be used. 1. The first stage has to be the planning stage, this is where the manager needs to sit down and plan for himself how he is going
to achieve the goals set in the time period, allowing some room for error or unexpected events. If there is a trusted assistant manager who is not going to start
talking to the employees before the time is right then there may be benefit from using the input of that manager regarding the employees and processes limiting the impact of
bounded rationality by increasing the input sources, and as such potentially reducing the potential for items being forgotten or wrong decision being made (Huczyniski and Buchanan, 2003). 2. With the
time take to draw the plan the next stage will be to assess the employees looking at their records and potential as well as the skills they hold which may
be used in the new systems. This will help identify the three members of staff to be made redundant. These first two stages are likely to take between 3 -
5 days. 3. The next day is the task of letting go the three members of staff who are no longer required. This will need to be undertaken in a
