rail ride home. To meet this need, a flurry of activity has begin and some have dubbed it the Wi-Fi revolution. In fact, it is difficult to avoid hearing about
the Wi-Fi revolution which is the promise of low-cost, easily achieved, wireless broadband access to the Internet (Boyle, 2003). Wi-Fi is something that has only been around for about
three and a half years (Sowinski & Burnson, 2003). The technology gives a promise to change the way people both work and play on the web which means that they
can hook up to the net from the couch, the classroom, the poolside or even an airplane (Boyle, 2003). It is hard to believe, but of course a couple
of decades ago, the cell phone was something reserved for the rich. Now, one can get their hands on a cellular telephone from a 7-Eleven with less than a hundred
dollars and no credit. This new revolution should take the world by storm, much like the cable television revolution and the advent of the Internet in the first place.
People are getting used to sending e-mail messages and pictures from their cell phones. This new revolution in wireless access will mean a whole lot more connectivity and at the
