even without royalty, the rule of law supersedes government offices. Recently, in the United States, New York governor Elliot Spitzer who had used the rule of law to put away
many criminals was himself made an example when he violated the law. The point here is that not only are government leaders able to use the rule of law as
a weapon, but no one is above the law. The rule of law is simply the notion that there are laws that govern, but it is also the case that
the rule of law is something that is used in a political manner. The notion that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights claims that the rule of law protects human
rights expands its meaning. Not only is the rule of law something that can work to implement regulations in society, but also in a just and caring world, it helps
to get rid of criminal leaders. Again, the notion that the rule of law applies to everyone is relevant here. At the same time, it is also the case that
