look at the management of knowledge we can therefore argue that it is the understanding of the social processes that is more important than the understanding of the technology, as
the management of the social process can lead to effective knowledge management. However, management of only the ICT processes may result in data and information that is not utilized
to add value to the organization. 2. Social Processes and Knowledge The social processes and knowledge management overlap, they both take place in a seamless manner and the social processes
