have any job a man possesses. It could well be stated that one of the only obvious jobs that women are not allowed to participate in involves soldiering in the
military. But, aside from that women have come a great distance to arrive in a place where they can obtain any job they want, right alongside men. The following paper
examines this reality as it pertains to traditionally male dominated trades such as that of an electrician or construction worker. The Rights of Women in Traditional Male Trades
As mentioned, women have the same rights as men regardless of the job they choose to pursue. So, whatever rights go along with any particular profession, men and women experience
the same rights. In the field of construction work, and that of an electrician or a plumber, workers are normally working under unions and as such each union will have
its own unique rights that are allotted to their workers. While there was no information pertaining to "rights" of women, but rather "discrimination" of women, in the workforce comprised predominantly
of men, one can well assume that a woman has one right a man does not and that involves maternity leave. Of course more and more organizations are allotting for
men to have similar leave when their wife gives birth. As such the rights could well be argued as being relatively even and thus the same. In essence, women
