The homes are described with language to make the home appear inviting and attractive. Prices are listed for specific homes in respect to the town in which the properties are listed. Prices on this sheet for the region range from $165,000 for a one bedroom condo in Aberdeen to a four bedroom Sayreville home listed at more than nine hundred thousand dollars ("Prudential, New Jersey Properties," 2007, p.51). Real Estate briefs are listed demonstrating various sales peoples accomplishments and then there are mortgage prices listed as well in a different section. There is something called The Central Jersey Mortgage Guide which takes up about half of a page, and shows various rates. One example is that a 30 year fixed rate at Choice Mortgage Company is offered at 5.88% with 20 percent down and no points where another competitor Ditech offers a similar product at 5.75% ("Central Jersey Mortgage Guide," 2007, p.49). There are also various articles included in the paper that provides an overview of the products offered, how the real estate market is doing and more information about local news in the field. There is one article in the paper without a byline and without a suggestion that it is an advertisement that talks about Weicherts mortgage programs and how it can help a buyer ("Wiechert Financial Services offers mortgages for those with less-than-perfect-credit," 2007, p.52). Browsing through this section will give an appraiser some idea of the property values or at least what the market may bear. Of course, a market analysis conducted by a real estate sales person will not look at "for sale" prices ...
