A.D. in Saudi Arabia by a man known as Muhammad (Hunt, 1978). At the age of 40, while wandering in a desolate area of Mecca, an angel appeared to him
as a culmination of many visions he reported to have had throughout his life (Eliot, 1980). This had initiated his quest to find a true religion. Muhammad believed that
both Judaism and Christianity had strayed and the people must get back to following the law of God. While believing in both the Old and New Testaments, Muhammad and his
followers saw Jesus Christ as a prophet but not the Messiah. Muhammad was also deemed a prophet. Islamic law is precise; ones mission is to follow Gods will to the
