parts are then transported to the final assembly facilities at either Hamburg or Toulouse. This may be seen as a highly fragmented method of operations, not only is there the
separation of the different sites in terms of geography, there has also been a high level of potential in terms of culture clash a misunderstanding with sites located in different
countries. In order to assess ways that the operations of the company may be improved it is important to further define why this
fragmentation lead to many of the problems. There were many issues which resulted due to difficulties in coordination and communication. One of the main issues which received a high level
