job description). The paralegal also needs good "writing and communication skills," computer skills, the ability "to prioritize and work under a tight schedule," and "in-depth knowledge of legal terminology and
principles" and the ability to "analyze legal documents for accuracy" (Paralegal job description). The paralegals job description also depends to a great extent on the area of law being practiced
by the firm (Zhang). A paralegal might assist trial attorneys, draft numerous documents including wills, trusts, mortgages, and divorce papers (Zhang). Paralegals work in many different types of firms, including
