The extent to which Skinners theory of hard determinism has helped contemporary society better comprehend the importance of consistent behavioral patterns and the manner by which they bring about expected response is well-established; his experiments to prove this theory - despite the inherent criticism that accompanies any unpopular idea - served to support its validity.
