examines the life, both public and private, of Robert F. Kennedy. Robert F. Kennedy "Robert Francis Kennedy was born in Brookline, Massachusettes on November 20, 1925, the seventh child
of Rose Fitzgerald and Joseph Patrick Kennedy. His great-grandparents had come from Ireland some three quarters of a century before" (Schlesinger, 1980; 2). He had once stated, "I was the
