in the big pond has never been an easy one. Thrown in among those who are bigger, stronger, and more aware of the many pitfalls that lurk just below
the surface, simple survival becomes the first creed of the smaller species as he rides the uncertain waves of the unknown waters. If smart and sure in his movements,
he will be able to dart in and snatch enough available nourishment to sustain him as he grows. If smart and sure and persistent in his movements, he may
someday grow to be the biggest fish in the pond, but only if he manages to avoid or overcome the many hidden obstacles and the multitude of sharks that mark
his path to success. So it is with the little fish in the big pond. And so it is with the little business operator
in the big world of business. For this path, also, is one of unknown waters and one marked with a number of hidden and obstructive obstacles as well as
