helpful for Federal express in the future? Steve Streitmatter provides a lecture in 2007 in respect to how Federal Express uses technology and how such use has propelled the company

Express has been an industry leader, other delivery firms have followed suit. People are now used to the technology where they know exactly where their package is at any time
