their children are left to the government. Some shake their heads and wonder what ever happened to personal responsibility. A student writing on this subject may want to delve into
various areas of personal responsibility. Indeed, people should take personal responsibility for their physiological, physical and spiritual needs as well. As already suggested, one of the most important things
in terms of personal responsibility that people can do is to care for their offspring. It is a basic premise. However, sometimes the bigger picture gets lost while focusing of
the raising of these tiny human creatures. While many people do look after their children and are sometimes selfless in that pursuit, they neglect their own health and well being.
It is perhaps clich?, but if a mother does not take care of herself, then she will not be a good mother. In other words, some parents who simply give
their all to their children but neglect their own appearance, health and spirituality, will end up less productive in general. They cannot give freely and fully until their own needs
are met. This is a notion that is to some extent confirmed by Maslows hierarchy of needs. In fact, a student writing on this subject might want to mention the
notion that fulfillment of personal physical needs is something that is well regarded in the field of psychology. It is also a fundamental part of the chakra system as if
