OJ Simpson trial, critics claim that the blood evidence should have convicted him. But experts pointed out that the blood could have been on that fence for three weeks and
because of OJs proximity to the property, the explanation was reasonable. Another part of the problem with the evidence in that case was the many mistakes were made at the
scene. In the end, the jury felt that the evidence was not credible. The book Death Investigation, put out by the Department of Justice, addresses a myriad of issues
in crime scene investigation. Today, the public is familiar with the issues concerning crime science investigation. They watch CSI on television, and anyone who has watched the OJ Simpson trial
understands what physical evidence entails. This book is about evidence gathering and how that relates to court issues. In this book, various people provide comments on the subject and
then the chapters commence. Medicolegal Death Investigation Guidelines are produced and includes Sections A through F which go through everything from arriving at the scene to completing the investigation (Clark,
1999). Investigative tools and equipment are listed and this includes, but is not limited to body bags, flashlights, a camera, a notebook and a watch (Clark, 1999). There are many
