Governments, fearing the repercussions of another world war, did not respond to Hitlers initial preparations, even when some became aware that he was herding Jews and planning the takeover of Poland. The response of many governments and organizations to the actions of Hitler did little to work against his efforts, and many even supported the progression of events that would lead to the Holocaust. American businessmen like Henry Ford supported Hitler on an ideological level. Companies like IBM created technologies that would support Hitlers aim of extermination and world domination. Legal forces like the law firm that employed John Foster Dulles would help Hitler launder money taken from Jewish Germans. The body of evidence that suggests that most of the world was truly ignorant to the actions of Hitler both before the war and following the onset of the war can be rebutted by the body of evidence that supports the belief that European and American business, organizations and even religious entities created an infrastructure that maintained the actions of the Third Reich. In researching this argument, then, it is necessary to consider way in which Hitler achieved complicity from a number of international entities. Hitler had an ideological focus that was supported by a number of individuals, including Henry Ford. Anti-Semitic messages were supported by Ford and Allen Dulles, brother of John Foster Dulles, who worked towards the restructuring of the Middle East in response to Jewish Zionism.
