reference to the local amenities. This may be an issue that needs addressing in the way the restaurant competes as many other firms that are examined have a similar
level of local amenities, or have better local amenities with research finding then as average of good. This with good local service amenities may have some advantages, as customers will
be attracted into the area for other suppliers and the company can benefit from passing trade. However, there is an increasing level in the performance of the restaurant in prior
6 compared to period 5, but there was a decline before this improvement was seen which may reflect the way that the firm was competing in this environment. Amenities
restaurant appear to be well received with the music and entertainment that is provided being classed as nice, which indicates that the costumer show are coming in do find a
fit between the locality and the amenities. There is insufficient detail regarding the amenities that are actually offered by the restaurant to assess them directly, however, there is a
measure in the research that indicates that the restaurant is perceived as usually being full. If the restaurant is full and it is in an area where there are not
excellent local amenities then it may be argued that the restaurant must be satisfying customers needs with what it offers, and as such the amenities must be at least acceptable.
