now always possible to make every prayer, Muslims can make up for the missed prayers in private (Segelhorst, 2009). Muhammad said "Charity is a necessity for every Muslim" (Zahid,
2010). All Muslims are encouraged to give as much as they please, but giving back to others promotes balance and growth. Charity keeps Muslims from being selfish or greedy, and
Muslims should not feel pride from their contributions. Possessions are purified in the act of putting it aside for others, but it is not just physical things that are considered
