Models First let us consider what he actually means by leadership, he does not refer to it as senoir management, or even as the position of management but "the way
human beings move forward into the future, particularly when significant change is required. In any of the organizations that are making significant headway, there is quite remarkable leadership coming from
many places in the organization. The leadership roles of the executives versus line managers versus internal staff people are quite different and all very important" (Senge , 2000).
