Enron, along with its accounting firm Arthur Anderson, has been the subject of intense Federal investigation amid accusations and documentation of deceptive accounting and business practices. In the
wake of this corruption are the lives which have been forever changed due to the unethical practices of a few corporate managers consumed with greed. Enron represents everything wrong
in terms of the use of power and prestige. From managers who didnt manager to auditors who didnt audit, Enron is the picture of corporate self-indulgence - a company
whose regard for wealth and power led to its eventual demise. Enrons Early Years Texas State Representative Kevin Bailey
killed an Enron bill in the spring of 1991, against the advice of his veteran campaign manager to "play ball" will the company (How Enron Did Texas). At this
