sure that there is no other option besides quitting, which means looking at the reasons why people quit in the first place. Some of the "good" reasons for leaving a
place of work include quitting because one is unhappy with the job; or because it requires them to work too many hours (When you should quit your job, 2006). Its
also probably a good idea to look for something new if the company starts losing sales or customers, because this could be a warning of an impending downsizing or closure
