they find that their hair performs differently in different climates. Moving from climate to climate will certainly provide a life lesson in the science of hair. Hair is different from
other parts of the body that are not quite as susceptible to climate changes. First, one should look at hair and hair follicles to understand why these strands sometimes misbehave.
For more than a century, biologists have tried to comprehend the function and structure of the hair follicle as well as factors that control its growth and
development (Ben-Ari, 2000). Recent findings include advances made by examining molecular and genetic approaches, research that has revealed the intricacies of hair follicle biology (2000). In studying hair,
it should be noted that each and every hair follicle is related to a sebaceous gland which opens to the skin through a follicle (2000). The mature hair follicle goes
from the epidermis down to the lower layer of skin (2000). The hair shaft is produced by the hair follicle that consists of several concentric layers that are largely made
up of proteins called keratins (2000). These fibrous proteins are created by a rapidly proliferating matrix of cells in the hair bulb, which is located in the lower portion
