* Classroom management: the teacher must be able to manage the classroom to enhance the learning process (Masoud, nd). * Language ability: effective and correct modeling of the target language
is essential (Masoud, nd). * Methodology: teachers need to be familiar with the subject matter, with course materials and they need to be versed in different instructional approaches (Masoud, nd).
