unions were never able to accomplish enough so the government stepped in and for more than a quarter of a century, people are at least enjoying good health at the
workplace. OSHAs vision is now to be a world-class leader in occupational safety and health and to render Americas workplaces the best and safest in the world (1997). Clearly,
OSHAs role in the nation has been to make sure that businesses kept things safe and healthy for its employees. OSHA establishes three interdependent and complimentary strategic goals which are
to improve health and safety, change workplace culture, increase awareness of health issues and make sure that the public is confident about these issues(LaBar, 1997). While OSHA as an organization
